Do i really not need a quote?
Nope! We value your time as much as your glass. We've simplified our pricing into flat rate plans based on house size. Just pick your plan, select a date, and you're done. No awkward "let me walk around your garden with a clipboard".
What happens if it rains?
Believe it or not, pure water loves the rain. Rainwater is actually quite pure already; it's the dirt on your windows that makes the rain look "messy". Our system works perfectly in light to moderate rain. If it turns into a washout, we'll contact you to reschedule faster than you can find your umbrella.
Not happy with your windows after the rain? If you spot anything wrong contact us - streaks, missed bits, drips, marks - We will come back and re-clean it for free of charge.
Do i need to be home?
Only if you want to say Hi! As long as your gates are unlocked and your windows are closed tight, we can work our magic while your at the office, the gym, or at the beach. We'll send you a text the moment we're finished.
My glass was left wet, is this normal?
This is where the magic happens. Because our water is stripped of all minerals (The stuff that causes those white spots) it is designed to evaporate naturally. When its gone, it leaves behind nothing but crystal clear glass. If you see droplets, Just let them do their thing.
My window are really dirty, Can you handle years of dirt & grime?
Challenge accepted! If your windows haven't seen a brush since the previous decade, the first clean might take us a little longer to strip away the built up grime. But once we've cleared the path, our pure water system will keep them looking brand new with a regular maintenance schedule.
Do you clean the frames & sills? Or just the glass?
At Harvey & Sons, we aren't "glass only" kind of guys. A clean window in a dirty frame is like wearing a tuxedo with muddy boots. Every standard clean includes the glass, frames, sills, front door, back door & even garage doors if you have them.
What if i have a dog in the garden?
We love four-legged friends! As long as your dog is friendly and doesn't mind a bit of splashing water, we're happy to share the space. However, if your dog is a "runner" or thinks our poles are giant chew toys, it's probably best to keep them inside while we work. (Also, please make sure the garden is... uh... clear of "landmines." Our boots will thank you in advance.)
What im just not happy?
Then neither are we! If you aren't doing a celebratory dance when you look through your glass. contact us within 48 hours. We'll come back and re-clean free of charge, what ever didn't meet your standards. No grumbling, No excuses - Just Harvey & Sons quality service.
My window are really high, "Like 4 stories high", Can you reach?
The answer is almost certainly yes. Our carbon fibre poles can reach up to 60ft (That's about 4 or 5 stories). while are feet stay firmly on the ground. No scaffolding required, no ladders wobbling in the wind.

Do you use ladders?
We try to avoid them, Our water fed poles allow us to work safely from the ground. This protects your garden from ladders holes, your gutters from being leaned on and our team from gravity related mishaps. If we absolutely have to use a ladder for a specific impossible spot , we use professional stand offs to protect your property
Does the pure water system clean the "Cobwebs" in the corners?
Oh, we love a good de-webbing. Our brushes are designed to get right into the nooks and crannies of the frames. Because we use a constant flow of water while we scrub, we don't just move the webs - we rinse them away entirely, so the local spiders have to find a new place to hang out
Will your poles/ brushes scratch my windows?
Only if we were using wire wool (Which we definitely aren't). Our brushes are made of specialized, soft touch bristles specifically for high end glass. They gently "agitate" the dirt loose while the pure water flushes it away. It's basically spa day for your windows.
